I have over 15 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry helping and guiding clients get stronger and fitter, and to appreciate their body.
My programming and sessions are all based on what YOU want. Whether you want to just be confident to get back into exercise, maintain your strength and mobility, specific body composition goals in mind such as losing excess body fat and increasing lean muscle mass, or strength training goals like hitting new PB’s on your Deadlift or Bench press – I have extensive knowledge in all these areas.
